We want you to feel confident when purchasing from ZŌEN.
Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@zoenwellness.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.
For unopened products, return requests may be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
